 Verified Best breakfast ever!! We had a wonderful time staying here for a night. The house was so clean and Ted and Miriam were very welcoming and informative. The rooms all had their own ensuite bathrooms with many products provided and super comfy beds! The breakfast was unbelievable, with freshly baked croissants, omelettes, toast, bruschetta and peach strudel. We were welcomed to the table with fresh fruit parfaits. We wish we were staying longer!  Verified What a gem! This place is such a gem! We found this because we needed a last minute one night stay near Niagara Falls. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was incredible. I have never had such a fantastic breakfast at a B&B. Not one, not two, not three, but four home baked items on the table (fresh croissants, quiche, pizza and a torte) plus fresh cherries from their trees and a lovely bowl of berries. The grounds are beautiful with many flowers. And the owners are wonderful people -- when they are not running the B&B, they are off doing good works in South America. It's pretty close to Niagara on the Lake where we went for dinner and an evening stroll. And not too far from Niagara Falls where we went the next day.

 Verified Excellent B&B - Great Hosts, Very Clean, and a Fantastic Breakfast I think the title pretty much sums up this little B&B.  I won't go into much detail as the other reviews pretty much cover it.  They don't advertise, so when all the other B&B in Niagara on the lake was booked up, I happened to stumble across them from another site.  The location is between NOTL and Niagara Falls.  There isn't much that one can walk to but it is a nice place to go for a bike ride.  Under 10 mins and you're in NOTL and maybe 15 mins away is the falls.  Its a good central location. When we arrived, we were shown our room and the large kitchen which we had access to the fridge/freezer should we need to keep anything cold or frozen as well as the coffee/tea which we had access to make whenever we needed.  The room was very clean and the bathroom very large and spotless. The hosts stayed in the basement, so you could feel free to go out and in as you please.  They were very gentle and kind and easy going.  It was a pleasure to meet them. Breakfast was fantastic.  Everything freshly made/baked.  We were stuffed.  From omelets, to croissants, to freshly baked strudels and other treats, fresh fruit ...it was fantastic.

 Verified Peach Strudel and Croissants -Sublime!! We were only there for one night, but we were so impressed by the attention to detail! Rooms were immaculately clean and well appointed- luxury towels, comfortable beds, extra toothbrushes, chocolates, plus so much more! Hosts are great people: gracious, accommodating and friendly, and WOW can Miriam bake!!  It was a wonderfully fresh and extravagent breakfast.  Verified Very disappointed I prepaid in full for my family of 5 for thanksgiving weekend. I showed up at the location to find the doors locked and nobody there. I called and texted the owner only to receive a text letting me know that due to Covid she is out of the country and my reservation is cancelled. I’m finding this out while outside of her home!! She stated she advised booking.com yet when I call them to make alternate arrangements they knew nothing about this and her calendar was fully open for reservations while she was out of the country. As luck would have it I managed to get into the local holiday inn and after explaining what I had just incurred at the bed and breakfast the clerk explained that he checked in another guest with the same story from the same bed and breakfast..needless to say this took up a lot of my time on my very short stay in Niagara on the lake..very disappointing

 Verified Best breakfast! Charming b&b. Lovely hostess and breakfast was one of best I’ve ever eaten. Sublime apple strudel that I will never forget. Nice touches and snacks provided. Would definitely stay here again! My husband and I both loved it!

 Verified B&B ECCELLENTE Miriam e suo marito ci hanno accolto nella loro casa come fossimo di famiglia. Casa stupenda, pulita e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. La camera molto bella, enorme, letti molto comodi, bagno altrettanto grande, dotato di tutti i confort. Pulizia impeccabile e colazione top. Pietanze sia dolci che salate preparate al momento da Miriam, caffè della moka buonissimo. Nel giardino ci sono anche un dondolo e un’amaca dove rilassarsi. Il paese è una chicca e a casa loro abbiamo dormito benissimo. Consiglio a tutti di trascorrere almeno una notte qui anche se poi vi pentirete di essere rimasti così poco...  Verified Amazing stay at this B&B This weekend my cousin and I stayed at this B&B and were very satisfied. The home owners Miriam and Ted were super friendly and very nice to chat with. Our room was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to hit some wineries during the day and come back to the B&B grab some wine glasses from the kitchen and sit outside on their beautiful patio space. The best part of this stay was the delicious breakfast served in the morning. There were plenty of fresh options and the fruits were to die for.  Verified Don't Stay Anywhere Else At the B&B AUG 16-17, 2019.  The hosts, Ted and Miriam, are extremely personable and helpful.  The breakfast was beyond outstanding with yogurt, fresh fruit, freshly baked croissants, egg dish, fresh pies and pastries.  The entire B&B was spotlessly clean. WIFI was available.  TV only provided Netflix - no standard channels.  Highly recommend this B&B if you are in the Niagara-On-The-Lake area.

 Verified Breakfast for a king. Very clean home with a lovely and quiet patio area off the kitchen. Within a short distance from Niagara on the Lake and the multitute of wineries in the area. The breakfast was the nicest one I've ever seen in a B&B. You will NOT be disappointed with a stay here

We’ve never stayed at a nicer B&B before…Mariam & Ted, their daughter Sarah too who helped us at check-in helped make it just a FABULOUS weekend, as my wife and I attended our daughters wedding at Queens Landing. This place BEATS Queens Landing! We’ll be back! Coffee on the patio Lovely…Encourage you to contribute to their well-drilling ministry in Guatamala `WELLS OF HOPE!` too! What a BLESSING This family is! NOT ONE THING! This IS a `Blow Your lights out` experience! BEST SHOW IN TOWN!…guess we didn’t like having to leave to come home after the weekend ended too quickly!

Excellent one-night stay and delicious breakfast” We stayed at this B&B one night in August 2015 for a wedding. Ted and Miriam were awesome hosts! We emailed them through their website to see if we could swing by early to get changed for the wedding and they told us we could arrive whenever we needed to. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite – the bedroom was cozy and the bathroom was huge and modern, with a double sink, rainfall shower, and jacuzzi tub. As others have mentioned, the star of this B&B is the breakfast. We started with giant croissants, homemade jam, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Then we had bacon, quiche, bruschetta, and amazing cherry scones. To top it all off there was an amazing peach pastry dessert. It was all delicious and filling! As Ted explained, their plan is to fill you up so that you don’t need much for lunch – which gives you more time to explore the Niagara region. If we travel back to Niagara we will definitely try to stay here again!

This B&B is a gem for wine touring in Niagara due to it’s central location, well-appointed rooms, beautiful backyard patio, and exquisite breakfast. The hosts are interesting and kind, allowing us to store our packs and bikes outside of check-in/out hours. Overall I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Niagara on the Lake.

What a wonderful place to stay! I just stayed there for 2 nights with friends while taking in the delights of wine country and the Shaw Festival. Outside of the town, it’s a quiet, restful place and it’s right in the middle of wine country – we did a wine tour by foot, visiting 4 wineries along the way, and taking in the quiet roads and lovely vistas of the area – and only a 10 minute drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Every room was lovely and clean, with very comfortable beds, and private bathrooms. On top of that, the living area was very comfortable and homey, and there’s a great covered patio in the back to enjoy. As for the breakfasts: they’ll bring you back, and make you wish you were staying longer! A perfect combination of egg dishes, fresh fruit (some picked from their own trees), vegetables and yogurt, and wonderful made-by-Miriam baking. The hosts are lovely people: friendly and gentle, they’re attentive and also leave you to enjoy the premises without distraction. On top of all of the goodness they offer their guests, the humanitarian work they do in Central America makes the world a better place, and staying with them helps them be in a position to continue to do it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this awesome B&B. The breakfast was fabulous and owners very accommodating. Over exceeded our expectations, for sure! you read the amazing reviews, but still, it’s always a pleasure being surprised by how good a place is… as home as it gets very far from home. great room, great house, great hosts, in a beautiful area. i promised myself i would make such a breakfast back home, but i guess you need to be as kind and passionate as Miriam to be able to excel in it as she does. all the good you wish for to start the day, and all the comfort you need to close it in the ample bed. the fact that your hosts are also engaged in such an honored mission to do do good is a tremendous plus. that’s the beauty in having your vacation in real houses with real families… don’t forget to ask for some brochures and coupons for the wineries – it saves a lot of money in your wine tasting. bottom line – will definitely come back! thank you Ted and Miriam and keep up the good work – everywhere…

Upon arrival, I was warmly greated by the warm family. I barely mentioned that I love peach pie and to my surprise, in the morning, a freshly baked, delicious peach pie was on the table with splendidly light blueberry muffins, berries, whipped cream, hot omlette and more! Ted and Miriam were extremely hospitable and full of tales to tell about their humanitarian efforts all over the world. Our room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for better. As you like it, un nome azzeccato Ci siamo arrivati grazie alle recensioni “nostrane” che segnalavano positivamente questo B&B anche per la proprietaria (Miriam) Italiana. Il soggiorno (solo una notte) è stato molto piacevole. La camera era ampia e fresca senza congelare come spesso accade negli alberghi. Il bagno ampio (e in 23 giorni di vacanza abbiamo trovato l’unico bidet) e come la camera tutto perfettamente pulito. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in anticipo per non averli in auto andando a Niagara Falls. Wifi perfetto. La colazione era curatissima e completa, dalle uova al dolce con anche un espresso fatto con la moka. Consigliatissimo.

What a wonderful place to stay! I just stayed there for 2 nights with friends while taking in the delights of wine country and the Shaw Festival. Outside of the town, it’s a quiet, restful place and it’s right in the middle of wine country – we did a wine tour by foot, visiting 4 wineries along the way, and taking in the quiet roads and lovely vistas of the area – and only a 10 minute drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Every room was lovely and clean, with very comfortable beds, and private bathrooms. On top of that, the living area was very comfortable and homey, and there’s a great covered patio in the back to enjoy. As for the breakfasts: they’ll bring you back, and make you wish you were staying longer! A perfect combination of egg dishes, fresh fruit (some picked from their own trees), vegetables and yogurt, and wonderful made-by-Miriam baking. The hosts are lovely people: friendly and gentle, they’re attentive and also leave you to enjoy the premises without distraction. On top of all of the goodness they offer their guests, the humanitarian work they do in Central America makes the world a better place, and staying with them helps them be in a position to continue to do it. Excellent one-night stay and delicious breakfast” We stayed at this B&B one night in August 2015 for a wedding. Ted and Miriam were awesome hosts! We emailed them through their website to see if we could swing by early to get changed for the wedding and they told us we could arrive whenever we needed to. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite – the bedroom was cozy and the bathroom was huge and modern, with a double sink, rainfall shower, and jacuzzi tub. As others have mentioned, the star of this B&B is the breakfast. We started with giant croissants, homemade jam, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Then we had bacon, quiche, bruschetta, and amazing cherry scones. To top it all off there was an amazing peach pastry dessert. It was all delicious and filling! As Ted explained, their plan is to fill you up so that you don’t need much for lunch – which gives you more time to explore the Niagara region. If we travel back to Niagara we will definitely try to stay here again!

Upon arrival, I was warmly greated by the warm family. I barely mentioned that I love peach pie and to my surprise, in the morning, a freshly baked, delicious peach pie was on the table with splendidly light blueberry muffins, berries, whipped cream, hot omlette and more! Ted and Miriam were extremely hospitable and full of tales to tell about their humanitarian efforts all over the world. Our room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for better. Il soggiorno (solo una notte) è stato molto piacevole. La camera era ampia e fresca senza congelare come spesso accade negli alberghi. Il bagno ampio (e in 23 giorni di vacanza abbiamo trovato l’unico bidet) e come la camera tutto perfettamente pulito. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in anticipo per non averli in auto andando a Niagara Falls. Wifi perfetto. La colazione era curatissima e completa, dalle uova al dolce con anche un espresso fatto con la moka. Consigliatissimo.

Rural luxury in a gorgeous location The house is purpose-built- and beautifully so- for guests. Having the entire kitchen and living room at our disposal was better than any hotel would have been. And nowhere have I had a better breakfast!
